J&V Elite Motors was founded by Zia Agahi who used his wealth of knowledge of the automotive trade to establish a used car dealership based in Dandenong. Zia was a Mechanic for many years prior to establishing J&V Elite Motors and found that customers that would bring their car to his mechanical workshop were intrusted in his honesty and excellent service. Zia would always assist in pre-vehicle purchase inspections and purchasing vehicles for clients that needed help.
